The app download and installation that appeared to never work quite right. The horrifyingly garish interface with maddening functionality. Clearly joost never heard of user testing or usability. In surveying the alternatives I've found a great alternative online video source in Hulu.com. It seems to be doing all the right things. Lots of content, high quality video, quality programming, browser based viewing and a nice clean user interface. I tried Joost - I was appalled.
