People moves in UK startups: Palringo, Trutap, Webjam

Kerry Ritz becomes CEO of push-to-talk voice and instant message startup Palringo, leaving the post of UK MD for Vonage. Trutap has appointed Wireless Industry Partnership (WIP) CEO Caroline Lewko to its board as a non-executive director.
