i'm not an investor nor do i have a personal stake in webnode.

for me, the innovation at webnode is that it is a more professional looking weebly.

It's gonna be interesting. I would agree with most of your judgements, Mike. Except for andUnite, which I find quite interesting.

And also, I understand that there is going to be two more startups selected next week, as a special hat trick (and the numbers don't seem to add up : we've got 23 already, plus 2, that would make 25, not 24, but hey that's Amsterdam magic I guess ;-)

I wanna just answer to Mike regarding Beezbox.
Beezbox provides turnkey branded social media services to businesses and communities through an innovative fixed/mobile platform and business model (come and meet us in Amsterdam and you'll figure it out!).
3 months from our inception, we have already launched 2 key applications: Beetnic (www.beetnic.com), a socnet for global nomads people and 'Beezbox Live', a live events ad-hoc social networking services.... and more to come!

@shafqat: These start-ups were selected by us from a pool of 50 start-ups. But they did pay for their tickets and a company booth after they were selected.

Great summary... Correct me if I'm wrong, but did all these startups pay to get a chance to demo? Or were they selected on merit?
